This is a judged show. Award Winners will receive a ribbon and have their photos in the newspaper.

Rainbow Springs State Park

Sunday March 7, 2010 for
the Annual Art Show and Sale
at Rainbow Springs.
CWC will set up in our usual place, the Felburn Pavilion

Brooksville City Hall
CWC will have a Gallery Exhibit during the entire month of April at the Brooksville City Hall Gallery.
Three dimensional art can be exhibited at the Brooksville Gallery. Contact Rhonda for an application to show 3-D work.
Artist Drop Off: Monday March 29, 10 AM to 3 PM
Artist Pick UP: Monday May 3, 10 AM to 3 PM
Must sign up with Jo Ann Boyd or Joan Swetland
On Saturday, April 17th from 9 AM until 3:00 PM there will be an Art N Market Walk on the City Hall front grounds and lower lobby. Artists may bring browse boxes and set up at 8 AM.
The art sale will coincide with the Brooksville Business Alliance's Market on Main Street.
CWC Plein Air painters will be demonstrating along Main Street during the same period. Tom Jones will present a Watercolor Demonstration in the City Hall chambers from 10 AM until Noon on the same date.

Guidelines for the Homosassa Springs
Rainbow Springs, & Brooksville Shows
Our annual art shows provide opportunities for members to display our talents and sell our masterpieces.

Must be a current member of the Citrus Watercolor Club.

There will be no entry fee charged at these shows.

Each artist will be allowed an initial hanging of three paintings (any size). If, at ½ hour before opening time, space is still available, additional paintings can be hung.

All artwork must be properly fitted with wire, and ready-to-hang. If not, it will be rejected.

Art must be of water media applied in an aqueous manner (watercolor, Gouache or acrylic). No oils, digital media/images, or photos.

Art must be on paper, treated paper, synthetic paper, canvas, clay board or paper mounted on board.

Each artist will be allowed two (2) browse boxes for unframed originals and reproductions, and two (2) easels, if adequate space is available.

Tables will be provided for note cards, bookmarks, etc.

Each artist will submit an inventory all items for sale, the type of artwork, the price of each, and a self-addressed stamped envelope in which to mail monies from show sales due the artist.

Each piece of artwork will be identified with a numbered sticker agreeing with the number on the inventory list of items.

20% of the total sales of each artist will be donated to “The Friends” of the respective parks at the end of each show and sale.
